Lucerna Hospitality App Account Deletion

This page explains how users of the Lucerna Hospitality mobile app can request deletion of their app account and associated personal data.

To request account deletion, email dedanixdev@gmail.com with the subject “Lucerna Hospitality App Account Deletion” and include the email address used to sign in to the app. You may also contact Lucerna Hospitality through https://lucernahospitality.com/contact/.

After verifying the request, Lucerna Hospitality will delete or anonymize the app account data associated with that email address, including Firebase authentication records where applicable and WooCommerce customer profile data where legally permitted.

Some data may be retained when required for legal, tax, fraud prevention, security, or transaction record purposes, including order records, invoices, payment records, delivery records, and support communications. Retained records are kept only as long as required for those purposes.

This request applies to the Lucerna Hospitality mobile app and associated services.
