Details
This platter is 100% Refractory Porcelain, obtained from a mixture of kaolin, feldspar and quartz. Once this mixture has been glazed, it is fired two times until reaching a temperature of 2534º F, a process that converts the resulting product into a noble material, characterized by its high resistance, compactness and impermeability. This platter is oven resistant, has reinforced edges, and, can be used on gas and electrical stoves.
Usage
Great to use mainly for steaks as it preserves the heat very well however, it can also be used for pastas, desserts or any other type of food.
